• Have the authority to apply for financing on behalf of your business
• Provide accurate and truthful information

3. How Our Service Works

When you submit your information through TopFunders.ai:

1. We analyze your business profile using our matching algorithm
2. We share your information with one or more lending partners in our network
3. Lending partners may contact you directly to discuss financing options
4. Any loan agreement is solely between you and the lending partner

We are compensated by lending partners when we refer leads to them. This compensation does not affect the information you receive or the matching process.

4. No Guarantee of Approval

Using TopFunders.ai does not guarantee:

• That you will be matched with a lender
• That any lender will approve your application
• Any specific interest rate or loan terms
• That the financing offered will meet your needs

All lending decisions are made solely by the lending partners, not by TopFunders.ai.

5. Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting your information through our platform, you expressly consent to:

• Being contacted by TopFunders.ai and our lending partners via phone, email, and SMS
• Receiving calls that may be made using automated dialing systems or pre-recorded messages
• Being contacted even if your number is on a Do Not Call registry

You may opt out of communications at any time by contacting contact@topfunders.ai or by following the unsubscribe instructions in any communication.

6. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our service. Providing false or misleading information may result in:

• Removal from our platform
• Notification to lending partners
• Legal action where applicable

7. Intellectual Property

All content on TopFunders.ai, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Funding Holding LTD or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Reverse engineer our platform or matching algorithm

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our service to:

• Submit false or fraudulent applications
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt our platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to submit multiple applications
• Harvest or collect data from our platform

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that: our service will be uninterrupted or error-free; any lender will approve your application; or the information on our platform is complete or accurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funding Holding LTD shall not be liable for: any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of profits or revenue; any decisions made based on information provided through our service; or the actions or omissions of lending partners.

Our total liability shall not exceed $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Funding Holding LTD, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your provision of inaccurate information

12. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services including lending partners, payment processors, and technology providers. We are not responsible for the practices, terms, or content of these third parties.

Your interactions with lending partners are governed by their own terms and policies.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

14. Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our service shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits related to our service.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
