ICG Funding
ICG Funding is a direct business funder. On its own site it describes itself as "Direct, never brokered," alongside "One application, one dedicated team" and "Your data is never sold."
That matters when you're comparing options, because a direct funder makes its own decision on your file rather than passing it along. Everything below comes from what ICG Funding publishes itself.

Published requirements
ICG Funding publishes stated minimums for its revenue-based funding:
| Requirement | Published minimum |
|---|---|
| Time in business | 6 months or more |
| Monthly revenue | $15,000 |
| Credit score | 500+ |
| Funding range | $15,000 to $500,000 |
It states this product is "qualified by your deposits, not your credit file," and that the initial review needs three to six months of business bank statements and a valid government-issued ID, with no tax returns required at that stage.
Minimums for its other products are not published.
Rates
Not published. ICG Funding publishes no APR, interest rate or factor rate for any product. For revenue-based funding it states that "Repayment is based on a percentage of your daily or weekly revenue" without disclosing the percentage.
This is normal in business lending rather than a red flag: pricing is set per borrower after underwriting. It does mean the cost of an ICG Funding offer cannot be known before you have one in front of you.
Which businesses it tends to suit
Based on the minimums it publishes: businesses trading six months or more, doing at least $15,000 a month, that would rather be assessed on deposits than on a credit file. The 500 credit floor is at the accommodating end of this market.
Businesses needing more than $500,000 outside an SBA product, or needing a decision without bank statements, are outside what ICG Funding publishes.
